The Burton Waterproof Backpack features an air-tight fully submersible zipper, just like our waterproof duffel bags. And of course, we manufacture this waterproof backpack here in the USA. Each of these waterproof backpacks is RF-welded of double-coated polyurethane for extreme durability and excellent waterproof performance. Beyond the submersible waterproof zipper with T-handle, each backpack also features adjustable padded shoulder straps with an adjustable sternum strap, a nylon carry handle, and top corner accessory slots.

The vertical zipper format makes it much easier than traditional top-opening backpacks to get to your gear. Lay your pack down, and it’s just like opening up a duffel bag. No more endless searches for that compact flashlight that fell to the bottom of your pack somewhere. Now the whole backpack is easily accessible.

The convenient 18-liter size is perfect for a day on the lake or an afternoon hike.  And the side D-rings together with the top corner accessory slots make it easy to secure this backpack down to your paddleboard or kayak – with something like our Carabiner Bungee Kit.
